How to prepare:

Soak Millets for a minimum of 4 hours, Rinse and grind together with 1 cup of water and let it ferment for 8 hours.
Add salt only after fermenting. Prepare idlis in Idli steamer, Dosa or Appam just like and let it cook till they get the soft texture and then serve it hot with chutney or sambar.

Storage Instructions:

After opening this pack, the contents should immediately be transferred to an empty, clear, dry place or in a refrigerator. Since there are no preservatives, use it within 3 months after opening this pack or best before the date, whichever is earlier.
